We have 2 to choose from whole untrimmed or trimmed. Whole average over 10lbs. and trimmed average 5-8lbs. Price shown is for untrimmed.

Always trimmed and boneless. My favorite pot roast. Great cooked all day in crock pot with vegetables or slow roasted in the oven.

We make ours from sirlion so they are always extra tender. They are best prepared as chicken fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy.

We only use sirlion for our x-lean. This one is great for crumbling like spagetti and tacos. Always less than 5% fat.

Best marinated and grilled medium rare. Thin slice across grain and enjoy.
